Recommendations

“I know of MedTalks because The Lois Hole Hospital Women’s Society, [of which I am co-chair] invited them to be a presenter for our Wellness Speaker Series. Mike and Chris were engaging, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I now know how to recognize an emergency and we all left with a feeling that we had been armed with the knowledge that could lead to a life saved. I would hire them again, worth every second of the time!“
- Krista Ference, Co-chair of the lois hole hospital women’s society

“I have had a pleasure of knowing Mike in his role as as a firefighter and a CPR instructor for several years now. He has provided significant contributions by raising awareness about CPR training and AED awareness. Mike is very engaging as a public speaker and provides practical real-life advice as the competent CPR instructor. I would not hesitate to work with Mike again.”
- Dennis Dymovich, Resuscitation Program Manager at Heart and Stroke

“I’ve been to other CPR and First Aid courses and this one was by far the best”

“Medtalks Inc. was part of the 2019 Fall Edmonton Woman’s Show as speakers on stage. From the get go, they were fantastic to deal with! They are very enthusiastic, and do a great job of promoting their upcoming public events on Instagram – which was great for us to be able to interact with them that way in the land of social media. Anything we asked for in way of what we needed to promote them they got to us quickly. Throughout the entire experience they were friendly, courtesy, and professional. On stage they presented their information in an approachable manner – even though they are heavy topics, they brought a lightness to it that was appropriate, and they presented the information in straight forward terms. They were sure to give great and easy tools to help people who may witness a heart or brain emergency, any medical terms they used they were sure to explain, and they even brought some appropriate humour to help ease such a heavy topic. They were engaging, they were prepared, and their presentation flowed well, especially since there were 3 speakers. And they kept it in their allotted time, which we so appreciate as event producers. We would definitely work with Medtalks Inc. again, and would recommend them as presenters.”
- Augusta Reinich, CEM, Assistant Show Producer for Family Productions Inc.

“Medtalks inc. facilitated standard First aid & CPR refresher training to our corporate team today; not only were the guys knowledgeable and experienced, they were engaging and fun too; that’s right i said fun in a first aid class! Thank you! due to the fun learning atmosphere MedTalks created I feel more confident in my skills as a first aider. Well done.”
- Crystal Douglas - ATCO Gas.

“It was our first time having MedTalks Inc. teach our BLS Provider renewal class at the Nakatsui DermaSurgery Centre today. Chris and Mike were thorough and engaging, and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the course.
I found it extremely helpful to hear about their real-life experiences with first aid as firefighters. As health care providers in a Dermatology setting, we thankfully don’t have to deal with many emergency situations. After this course, I’ve gained confidence in my BLS assessment and skills. I feel prepared! The best part of the class was at the end with the anti-choking contest! It was so much fun, we all had a good laugh 😂 . It felt more like a team-building event, than a cpr renewal course! Thanks again Chris and Mike! We look forward to having you again next year!”

“ thank you for the training you gave us at Over the Rainbow a couple weeks ago.  I am a mom of 5 kids and work in 2 playschools.  I am so grateful that I have never needed to do CPR or resuscitate anyone in an emergency because until now I was completely unprepared.  Your manner of teaching was excellent and I appreciated the opportunity for hands on practice.  I will definitely recommend you to anyone else I know who may need to do corporate training”
- Kim Morrow, Child Development Assistant at Over The Rainbow Academy & Family-Centred Paediatric Services

“this has been my favorite first aid training in my 37 years at ATCO. The 2 instructors Chris and Mike made the course interesting, fun and, were able to offer their real world first responder experiences that cut to the most important things to know. Both were so great and because of this the information presented really got absorbed”
Dean Stordal - ATCO Gas.
